Hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced at a dental office in a long time. As a first-time patient calling in with an emergency chipped tooth, I was scheduled and taken care of immediately. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming, and my new dentist made me feel safe and comfortable, as if I’d been seeing her for years. Every hygienist and assistant was attentive and kind, even offering water while I waited. No pressure, no sales pitch, just genuinely excellent care.
